Meditation and contemplation are the heart of transforming prayer.
For thousands of years, prophets and saints have achieved a singular
Relationship with God, by the discipline and esire to center oneself
And calm the mind, in order to "hear" and "know" our Creator.

As the centuries have flown by, and as the world around us gets
Louder & louder -- The mere idea of being able to quiet our minds and
Meditate, seems pretty close to impossible -- if not laughable.
We frail humans seem to forget we are not just mind and body.
We have too often ignored the most powerful part of our being -- our soul.

It is in meditation that we "exercise" our "soul",
Developing a deep personal relationship with the Lord, by resting in Him.
To open our hearts and minds to God speaking to us --
To grow in deep love wiht Our Lord -- Is a great gift to be treasured.
